Welcome to Foxes this year, we will be working really hard, but having lots of fun too!

In Fox class, pupils are expected to read at home every day. An adult or an older sibling needs to write a comment in their reading record at least three times a week to say that they have heard them read. Weekly spellings are given out on a Monday. Pupils are provided with a book to practice their spellings, which needs to be returned to school every day.

Pupils are also asked to practice their times tables at home daily. Being able to recall multiplication and related division facts will enable pupils to perform a wide range of calculations more efficiently.
