Friday 27th March

Home learning tasks for Friday

Spellings: Practice spelling some words containing the suffixes less, ment, ful and ness.

Read for pleasure: Spend 10-15 minutes (or more if you want) reading something for pleasure. It could be a story, poem, play, information text, comic, graphic novel or online text/kindle/e-reader. You could also read to a younger or older sibling.

English: Free Write Friday

Free write Friday has returned!!! You can write any text type you wish: story, information text, newspaper report, persuasive text etc..... The world is your oyster.... Think about who you are writing for (audience) and the purpose of your text carefully when writing. What skills are you going to showcase in your writing?
