As it is our school book week, who better to help us with our writing than a well-known, fantastic author?! This week we will be having some help from Cressida Cowell, author of many children's books, including How To Train Your Dragon.

First of all, watch the following videos of Cressida reading the first chapter of How To Train Your Dragon. https://vimeo.com/507420868/cdbbc5001e

Then, watch her next video where you will need some paper and a pencil to complete her map task. https://vimeo.com/510248219/18b0d7e1a6

Once you have finished, watch the video explaining your task. You will also find the powerpoint below if you need to re-read any parts. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P1qKJtaXpU4

Please keep hold of your writing today as it will form part of a weekly unit - later in the week we will be creating our own story using parts of today's writing.
